in case of manual setup,
Blank line of DNS server setup means to use DHCP.

There is no way not to use DNS server when manual setup.

- FIXED: code added at /boottmp/rc .
- When setting up DNS ;
-- IPv4/IPv6 addrs ... setup revolv.conf in a normal way.
-- 'none' ... 'lookup file' line added in revolv.conf. Looking up /etc/hosts only .
-- 'dhcp' or leave blank ... setup resolv.conf and hostname.if for running dhclient.
