  • When running usbfadm on the live console, an error message such as the following was observed to occur intermittently, causing the input functionality to fall back to dumb input.
    This issue is believed to have been caused by a specification change introduced in a newer version of the rlwrap command.
    The rl_wread() function in usbfadm has been fixed.
